SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping options available to your address are informed at the time of completing your purchase. All shipments are trackable through an individual number, allowing you to track their location during transport.
Custom-made goods or those that require adjustments and customizations will be posted as soon as possible after they are completed, with the deadline being communicated to the customer in advance. Items in stock are posted within 3 business days.
We recommend that you pay close attention when filling out the delivery address. It is essential that all data is complete and correct for the delivery to be successful.
Some locations (ZIP codes) have delivery restrictions and the item will be available at the nearest post office for collection within 5 calendar days. If the product is not collected within the expected time, it will be returned to the sender. A new shipping fee will be calculated and the buyer must pay for the second shipment.
