Some Restored Pens and Parts

Omas pen, parts made of vegetable resin. With aging, the resin degraded and shrank, losing the fixing threads. Front grip remade in acrylic resin in the same color as the pen.

Upper terminal of the cap of a Pilot Heritage. Probably damaged after a fall, it cracked and a small piece was lost. Machining of a new part in acrylic resin in the same color as the pen.

Vintage Ajax pen made of cellulose, family heirloom. Clip and top of cap lost. New piece manufactured in acrylic resin and clip in gold metal adapted, hand cleaned and polished.

Aurora pens, Jubilee and Carlo Goldoni models, both manufactured in the 2000s. The ink window part was cracked and leaked ink in both pens. Disassembly work, removal of glue residue, fragments of parts and cleaning. New parts machined in crystal acrylic resin. Reassembly, gluing, cleaning and manual polishing of the parts.

Material damaged by time, signs of use. Remade in Black Ebony acrylic, keeping the silver rings.
