EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

 

The deadline for requesting an exchange or return via the website is 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

 

1. Contact us through a specific page on our website, click here;

2. Request the exchange or return of the product and, if possible, tell us the reason;

3. You will also receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your request and further instructions on sending;

4. Upon confirmation of receipt by Refinni, there will be a review of the quality of the product.  The  process  can  take  up  to  5 (five) business days to complete;

5. If you have requested a return, the refund request process will be carried out and it may take up to two CREDIT CARD BILL, it means up to 2 (two) months to be properly credited. This term is the responsibility of the client's card administrator;

6. If you have requested an exchange, we will make a credit available for the value of the returned product to be used in the next purchase. This credit is linked to the customer's ID and valid only for purchases made on the Refinni website;

7. After the credit is available, just make the new purchase and enter the discount coupon number related to your credit. The inclusion of the credit will be available in the Payment stage.

 

THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN ARE:

 

- The product must be in the original packaging, with all parts and components in perfect condition and without traces of use;

- It must be accompanied by the Invoice or Product Warranty Certificate;

- If an additional item has been sent as a gift, that item must be returned with the returned product;

- It is not allowed, under any circumstances, to exchange products made to order according to the Client's specifications or parts that have been subject to engravings, renovations and modifications;

- The value of the returned part, which will be deducted when purchasing a new part, is subject to changes in the quotation of the respective metal, gold or silver on the day of exchange;

- Before receiving the credit for the exchange or return, the returned product must reach our Technical Department, where it will be inspected. The process that can take up to five business days to complete.

- If another product is chosen, the new delivery time will be informed.

- If the Technical Department finds that the returned product does not meet the conditions previously described, the product will be sent back to the customer without the obligation of prior consultation, accompanied by the justification for the reason for the refusal.
