CANCELLATION POLICY
Exclusively for products purchased through our website www.refinni.com, it is allowed to cancel the purchase and request a refund of the amount paid, provided the product has not been shipped. The chargeback is the responsibility of the credit card administrator and can take up to 2 invoices to be properly credited to the customer's account, according to the internal policies of each administrator.
For cancellations after sending the products, we will adopt the same process and conditions applicable in the return.
Items produced to order, after express approval by the Customer, are subject to fines for cancellation proportional to the development of the production stages, limited to 50% (FIFTY PERCENT) of the total value of the purchased item.
